Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we cover most countries, there is a full list on check out when you make your order.

How long will my product take to get to me?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days during non-peak times. In peak times please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Please expect up to 10 business days for delivery, although in most cases you should receive your product much sooner. Brexit and the global pandemic can affect shipping times.

I have not received my product, what can I do?

Please feel free to use our chat box and let us know or leave us a message using the same chat box should nobody be available to chat with you online. Please include your order number.

I have lost my order number; can you still help?

Yes of course we can, just let us know the estimated date and time you purchased from us with your full name and address and the payment method used. Do not provide us with your payment details. We will never ask you for these.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details and a link to track your order once your item has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up until the time it has been shipped. After this period your order can not be cancelled.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can, please contact us through our contact form or use our chat box for further instructions on the return’s procedure.

Where is my refund?

Refunds can only be initiated after we have received the product back to our warehouse. Once it has arrived, we make sure to process your refund on the same day, the length of time it takes for the funds to hit your account varies depending on your banking partner.

We have multiple warehouses in Europe and Asia. Products are shipped from the warehouse with availability at the time of order.
